临汝窑位于今河南临汝，和汝窑窑址相距不远，都位于河南中部。虽为民窑，当时极有可能也曾
为宫廷烧造过贡瓷。其产品分为两类，一类印花，风格类似于耀州窰。另一类则光素无纹，风格类似于
汝窑，本品便为一例。
此件临汝窑盘，侈口微敛，弧壁浅腹，底部缓收。通体施青釉，釉如凝脂，苍翠犹青，冰裂莹澈，器形
巧致雅绝。整器造型和烧制方式都与汝窑相似，不加装饰，以器型和釉色取胜，有汝官瓷之风范。
