Qing Dynasty Kangxi Period Blue & White Porcelain Vase W/Phoenix Designs - This is a white porcelain vase, with boulbous body and tapered neck. The vase has a cobalt blue underglaze with a scene of a phoenix in flight. The underside of the vase bears the double circle blue underglazed mark typical of the Kangxi period, when the use of nianhao (imperial reign marks) was suspended. The vase measures 9.5"H x 12" in circumference (at the largest point).
