铜胎鎏金，金色灿烂。造型仿自商周青铜礼器，六方形，喇叭口，腹部微鼓，圈足外撇，形制规范，规格适中，为陈设佳器。器表施天蓝色珐琅釉料，釉质填料细腻。上绘缠枝牡丹及菊花，雍容华贵，并嵌有数片玉质薄片，浅浮雕以相同缠枝花卉纹，尤为特殊，更添宝气。口沿、中部及底足上方各錾回字纹一周。 觚，始于殷商，原为饮酒之器。明清之际，发展成为佛前五供之一。乾隆帝好古，遂令造办处烧造各式材质的花觚作陈设之用，掐丝珐琅的制作有了新的发展，器型更为丰富多彩，精品频出，此件即是其代表。此觚包浆苍雅古旧，造型端庄修技，器表的纹饰烧造精准，掐丝工整细腻，色彩绚丽，是乾隆时期具有仿古风格的珐琅标准器。
