此尊观音束发高髻, 头戴花冠, 宝缯飘拂于耳际, 面庞圆腴, 双目垂俯, 相容慈祥和熙, 着菩萨装束, 披帛顺肩而下, 身着天衣绸裙, 佩戴璎珞, 裙裳于腿部饰连枝团花纹, 做工精细考究, 观音呈自在坐于山石之上, 尤为特殊之处在于此尊造像右侧塑造一只鹦鹉，左侧为香炉、宝瓶和经书，整尊造像构图极为完整，雕刻栩栩如生, 雕像铜色深暗古旧, 纹饰华美繁复, 形态保存相对完好, 又彰显出雍容华贵的艺术气派，如凝望之态可令身心化繁为简，达怡神静心之境，殊为难得，极具收藏价值。
