金烺（1878年生），字息侯、号东华旧史、文号瓜圃老人。满洲人。光绪三十年甲辰进士。工书、善诗文，熟谙掌故、精于治史，间作花卉、松石，古崛奇肆，蔚为奇观。氏随父生于杭而长于杭，通籍后始北上官京师，晚年寓沪，鬻书自给，书以甲骨钟鼎为主，兼亦作意笔花卉。历任盛京故宫博物院图书馆馆长、清史馆总编纂。著有瓜阐述异、瓜圃丛刊、光宣列传、及近世人物志。
