款识：“大明宣德年制”六字三行楷书款 此炉形体端庄，胎体厚薄适中，仿三代青铜簋样式铸造而成。平口外撇，颈部稍束，腹部微垂，双龙首对出于颈部，口吐耳把，收于腹中，环扣有力，下坠几何形耳珥，是为点睛之笔。腹下承接外撇高圈足，以彰显整器的挺拔之姿。 腹部两面均饰兽面纹一组，眉如勾云，双目圆睁，卷鼻阔口，神秘而威严，显示出强烈的震慑之感，兽面左右各衬以夔龙纹；足墙则饰以蟠虺纹，蛇头作椭圆状，两眼凸出，蛇身蜿蜒游动，甚见传神。 通体包浆浓厚，皮壳古润可嘉，为好古者最喜之色，底心矩形方框内，落“大明宣德年制”六字楷书款，款字秀雅清晰，布局舒朗，时代特征鲜明。 旧配木质镂空花卉纹炉盖。
