款识：凸铸象形铭文（內膛） 此鼎形制端庄，气势雅拙，兼具静穆之美，饶有古意。平唇口沿，沿上对铸鋬耳，耳洞正方，其势外撇。拱盖作三层台阶样式，盖面以回纹为界，饰云龙戏珠纹，中央瑞兽趴伏为钮，回首仰望，极具艺术性。 方斗式腹，八出扉棱，每面均以云雷纹作地，颈部饰双夔龙相对飞舞，腹部为兽面纹。底部微弧，突出斜叉相交的双弦纹，镰刀状龙纹扁足，足端外撇内勾，据地沉稳。 整体造型规矩，符合法度，铸造精细，在继承商周礼器原有形式特点之上，创新出别具本朝特色的艺术纹样，展现出清代仿古鼎彝器物的崭新风貌。
