A Pair of 19th Century Gilt Metal Girandoles. The bevel-edged mirrors set in decoratively cast frames surmounted by crowned face masks flanked by acanthus scrolls adorned with rosettes to the terminals. The sides embellished with pendant swags of oak leaves and acorns leading down to foliate scrolls rising from husk flowers to the corners, with festooned garlands to the base either side of a central candle sconce. 25" x 14½" (63 cm x 37 cm).
