A Small 19th Century Flame Figured Mahogany Drop Leaf Pedestal Table with drawers. The top inlaid with satinwood cross-banding outlined in strings of ebony and boxwood, with a hinged leaf either side with rounded corners on fly bracket supports. The frieze housing two cock-beaded drawers with ornately cast brass stud handles: the upper drawer fitted with a partitioned interior. Standing on a square flared centre pedestal; each side centred by a vertical band of satinwood edged with stringing leading down to a moulded collar and quadriform base on carved scroll feet 27½" (70 cm) high, 14" (36 cm) wide [flaps down] extending to 27½" (70 cm) [flaps up], 16" (41 cm) deep.
