拍品敞口，浅弧腹，圈足，器形规整。釉质细腻温润，器形织巧，白釉泛青，青花色泽青翠，盘心及外壁以青花绘双凤纹饰，附以祥云纹饰，纹饰流畅，构图紧凑，样式优美，此纹饰俗称“对头凤”，是清代官窑瓷器的传统图案之一。器底书“大清光绪年制”六字双行楷书款，排列整齐，字体工整。
