拍品作倚布袋伏膝踞坐状，笑容盈面，慈眉善目，双耳垂肩，身披袈裟，袒露胸腹，姿态怡然自得。此类布袋和尚造型于明末清初时颇为盛行，拍品雕塑工艺精湛，釉水滋润莹亮，堪称同类作品中精妙之作。
漳窑创烧于明前期，釉面呈奶白或米白色，并偶呈冰裂纹，品种丰富，均尤以人物造像塑造见长，能互为媲美，交相辉映。其精品均曾作为朝廷贡品。漳窑技艺失传已久，但北京、台北两岸故宫、中国国家博物馆、上海博物馆、日本等博物馆均有收藏。
