「大清乾隆年制」六字三行篆书款 来源广州嘉德，2011年6月11日，编号1506（证书）五台山人旧藏本品造型俊雅，线条柔美，釉色白中闪青，釉质饱满温润、光亮纯净。杯敞口深腹，下敛，折腰，圈足；杯内壁口沿绘如意云头纹，杯心绘一穿花夔龙纹；外壁自上而下三层纹饰，口沿处绘回纹，腹部通体绘穿花夔龙纹，近底处绘蕉叶纹，夔龙纹、缠枝花卉纹婉转舒展，繁而不乱，颇见柔美之姿，绘画细致工整有层次，青花发色妍丽，成对保存，颇为不易。
