此瓶造型类似观音瓶，区别在于胫部细长。颈部绘变形蕉叶纹，胫部绘变形莲瓣纹。腹部绘折枝莲花及开光团螭纹，题材较为罕见。底款为青花“万曆丁巳年制”六字双行楷书款，外围双线圈。万曆丁巳年是1617年，属明朝万曆四十五年，可作为晚明时期瓷器断代的标准器，研究价值颇高。
