此飞天以和阗白玉雕琢，玉质细腻温润。器体呈片状，镂空雕一侧身飞舞的仙女造型。头梳高髪髻，五官表现简洁，身着宽袖长裙，身缠飘带，一手握飘带，一手持一枝仙桃。下半身裙体裹住双足，装饰“米”字纹，周围饰有双层卷草纹祥云衬托。整体造型美观典雅，具有元明时期特征。飞天自古印度佛教传入中国，道教文化中表现为“飞仙”、“嫦娥”、“天女”等，寓意吉祥，十分适合收藏佩戴装饰。
