此玉带板以和阗白玉制成，玉质缜密温润。带板为长方形厚片状，剔地浮雕龙纹，龙身细长如蛇，呈“S”形扭动作升龙状，龙纹头部宽扁，双角直立，双眼圆睁，云头鼻，须发上扬，张口呲牙，身饰菱格形鳞纹，四爪呈风车状，周围饰有莲花。整体纹饰流畅舒展，雕工精湛，为典型的明代玉带板精品。
