An early 19th century French engraved and engine turned gold rectangular snuff box, with hinged cover, decorated with a lady and child in landscape within a scroll and floral border, 84mm, gross weight 64.7 grams.(a.f.), Condition Report Lead solder repair across the back of cover by the hinge. Scratches and dings to the interior. Scratches to the decoration on the cover. Decoration beginning to wear in places. Small ding to the base rim.
