An early 20th century gold, moonstone, diamond and green garnet set heart shaped pendant, the heart shaped moonstone bordered by diamond and garnets and similar set bale, 33mm, gross weight 10 grams, in fitted gilt tooled brown leather box. Condition Report Old brooch attachment verso, possibly been adapted from another piece of jewellery or belonged to something larger.
