葫芦在古代有很多不同的名称,葫芦之名在唐代开始流行,因其连绵的藤蔓、饱满的形态、丰富的种籽、累累的果实,且与“福禄”谐音而极具吉祥意蕴,其形象在陶瓷器物中得到广泛的展现。清代葫芦形瓷器几乎囊括了当时所有的釉色品种,其生产量之大,品种之丰富,远远超过前朝,葫芦形瓷器达到了鼎盛。青釉葫芦瓶为清代御窑厂之经典品种。本品造型精巧玲珑,圆润洗练。通体施豆青釉,色泽较冬青、粉青更为深沉,釉面匀净肥腴,观之令人心旷神怡,抚之更是爱不忍释。圈足露胎之处可见胎质细腻洁白。整器不缀繁饰,仅以器型的圆柔之美以及釉色的恬淡之美取胜,彰显了乾隆皇帝高雅的审美品位。
