四臂观音是雪域西藏的守护神，与文殊菩萨、金刚手菩萨，合称三族姓尊，代表大悲、大智、大力，为密乘行者人人必修的法门。此尊四臂观音头戴五叶冠，以摩尼宝顶严，一面四臂，寂静相，表情悲悯庄严，双跏趺坐于莲花月轮上，飘带穿臂而下顺主尊坐下搭至莲台前，通体装饰华丽、曼珞环绕，法相庄严。此尊佛像是由延展性非常好的利玛合金铜锤揲而成，通体鎏金，精致非常，无疑是清代锤揲工艺造像的精品之作。
