A HANGING SCROLL PAINTING OF TWO IMMORTALS
Japan, 17th/18th century, Edo period (1615-1868)
Painted in ink and color on silk, with a silk brocade frame, and mounted as a hanging scroll, the jiku (roller ends) carved from wood. Depicted are two immortals, sitting beneath a pine tree, looking at a scroll. Signature/inscription and seal in the upper middle part of the painting. The backside of the brocade frame has an inscription in the upper corner.

Condition: Overall the painting presents well with minor wear, creasing, and staining xx to the painting. The mounting with minor wear and soiling.
