此梅瓶器型古朴，釉质莹润，小口，圆唇外卷，短颈，丰肩，肩下渐收，圈足，胎体精密细腻，胎质洁白坚硬，整体以青花装饰，口沿下绘两道弦纹，近足部绘海水山石纹，瓶身绘画云龙纹，其龙纹五爪，龙头回缩，气势磅礴，龙鳞画工清晰，神态、形态凶猛，锋芒毕现，朵云纹画工流畅。飞龙在波涛汹涌的潮水间游动，象征山川昌茂、国土永固之意。梅瓶外观精美大气，形态自然，龙纹在釉画添了动感之美，从型、胎、色釉及烧造工艺，青花花色深沉浓艳，料色熔融，深入胎骨。此器无论从型、胎、色釉及烧造工艺等方面都是不可多得之物。
