A Chinese pair of blue and white meipings dating from the 17th to the 18th century. The vases depicts stylized taotie masks in 2 blue ground bands around the body accompanied by 2 white ground bands depicting ruyi motifs and flower roundels respectively. Dimensions are: 10 inches tall X 5 inches diameter, 25.40 cm X 12.70 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: Both vases have been drilled through the bottom and filled in and both have glaze chipping to the handles. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
