A Chinese Jian Russet and Black Glazed 'Hare's Fur' Tea BowlSouthern Song DynastyThe bowl has slightly rounded conical sides that rise to an everted finger grooved mouth rim and is covered inside and out with a lustrous blackish-brown glaze, streaks of "hare's fur" on the interior and with the cavetto having a deep black glaze, the glaze on the exterior pooling thick and irregularly above the foot exposing the blackish brown body.
