A LARGE ARITA VASE AND COVEREdo Period, 18th centuryOf octagonal baluster form, decorated with a pavilion in a flowering garden of peonies and blossoming prunus, within lotus petal lappet borders reserved with quail amongst millet and peony sprays, the domed cover with a moulded eagle finial.75cm (29 1/2in) high (2).For further information on this lot please visit theCondition Report: General signs of rub and wear and minor firing imperfections. One large chipped and open firing crack to the foot rim, approx. 12cm long.
