A large Chinese porcelain famille rose 'dance performance' baluster vase, late 19th century, painted with an official watching a dance performance, the reverse with various officials gathered in discussion, surrounded by a dense ground of leafy stems issuing flowering peony blossom, fruiting peaches and pomegranates, with birds perched amongst flowering chrysanthemums and daisies, the neck with moulded chilong dragons and Buddhist temple lions, 59cm high十九世紀晚期 粉彩花鳥開光人物故事圖獸耳花口折沿大瓶 品相報告 Condition Report: A small chip to the hind of one of the moulded chilong dragons. A few small flakes to the glaze in areas, with some wear to enamels throughout. A few very minor pits to the glaze under the rim. Some residue around the edge of the foot. Overall in good condition.
