A Chinese Longquan celadon 'lotus' charger, Ming dynasty, 15th century, decorated to the central reserve with leaves enclosing a lotus blossom, the cavetto decorated with incised abstract lotus flowers and leafy stems, 34.8cm diameter明十五世紀 龍泉青釉刻花菱口折沿盤 品相報告 Condition Report: A hairline emanating from the rim, approx. 7cm. The central reserve with a chip/nick, with loss to the glaze. Surface wear commensurate with age. Some glaze flaws present.
