The slender body carved in the form of an archaistic bronze wine gu vessel, the splayed foot rising to a flaring trumpet neck, the middle section with a band of stylized phoenix, an 'S'-scroll handle on one side carved in reticulated high relief with six playful chilong clambering on the handle and peering over the rim, with three further ones on the front.Condition: Good condition with some wear and few minuscule nicks to exposed areas.Provenance: A notable private collector in Kensington, London, United Kingdom, acquired at Christie's South Kensington.
