Three encre-de-chine grisaille plates, Fêtes Champêtre , Qianlong period, Ca. 1740-50, China, After a painting by David Teniers. This scene was also produced in other versions such as famille rose. Not marked. D 22,7 cm, One with a small hairline (see close-up photo) and on the same plate a small glaze flaw along the edge of the plate. Apart from that they are in good condition with no other damage; no chips or other hairlines and no restoration. From a Dutch collection. Bought from Sotheby s Amsterdam (Mak van Waay), on October 16th. 1990.
