It is finely painted in famille rose enamels with various flowers against a covering lime ground. The inner part and the base are covered with a turquoise enamel. The base has a reserved central part of square shape inscribed in iron red with an apocryphal mark of Emperor Qianlong, a six-character one in iron-red and seal / zhuanshu script.
