本品器体古朴典雅，口沿截面作正圆形，上置隆盖，以子母口相契合，盖中央设花苞形钮。微束颈，腹壁圆曲，鼓腹丰腴甚明显，下承高圈足外撇。颈两侧设置活络提梁，提梁两端作兽首形。器身纹饰以宽带状弦纹界隔，饰兽面双目及各式几何纹。
整器仿制规矩，做工考究，深得上古遗风，加以明代制器的高超技法，魅力非凡，置之高斋，虽非上古彝器，亦足可清赏。
