仿商周酒器“卣”，以精铜铸造，入手极为厚重，敞口，上压拱盖，颈部前后为双兽首，两侧安拱形牺首提梁，盖、身自上而下四层夔龙纹，纹饰间以百条纹装饰。习见的仿古卣形器为阔颈丰身造型，而拍品整作圆柱体形，周正规矩，传世少见。
