**Originally Listed At $400** East Asia, China, Ming Dynasty, ca. 1368 to 1644 CE. A pair of hand-built pottery vessels - a plate and a bowl - from the Ming Dynasty, both in the blue on white style. The plate features a tall flower within the basin as well as abstract linear motifs or Chinese characters on the exterior. The bowl exhibits a single Chinese character within the basin, cloud-form motifs along the interior rim, and a verdant landscape surrounding the exterior surfaces.
