Apparently unsigned, raised on rosso antico marble base.
H: 6 7/8, W: 7 1/2, D: 5 7/8 in.(H: 17.46, W: 19.05, D: 14.92 cm.)
Private collection, Pennsylvania.
Missing one stirrup; kneeling figure is loose; wear to paint; minor oxidation. Marble base with minor chipping to bottom edge.
The present lot is unsigned, though the model is known to be produced by the Berlin firm of Hermann Gladenbeck & Sohn. It may be an unsigned bronze produced by the firm or an Austrian example produced after the model.
