Two intact slip-painted pottery bowls, Eastern Persia, 10th century or later, comprising a Sari ware bowl of truncated conical form on a flat foot, decorated in black, beige, ochre and white on a cream slip ground with leaf-shaped panels on the walls with peacock eye motifs to the rim, with a row of waves to the exterior 21cm. diam. x 7.5cm high; and a larger conical bowl with bold pattern of interlace in ochre on a cream ground, 25.6 x 9.5cm. high (2)Please refer to department for condition report
