A group of five Islamic pottery bowls, Persia, 12-13th century, comprising a Kashan lustre-painted radial design pottery bowl, of lobed form, decorated to interior with cobalt and turquoise panels alternating with lustre painted panels featuring running animals and palmettes, the exterior with lustre-painted feathers alternating with Persian inscriptions, 17.1cm. diam. x 8cm. high; a radial design pottery bowl, Kashan, on short foot, painted to interior with blue and black stripes, 20 cm diam. x 8.5 cm high; A Kashan turquoise-glazed pottery bowl underglaze painted in black, the dish of shallow form and decorated to centre with a design of birds and stylized half flower heads to rim, flower design to the exterior, 19.5cm x 8.5 cm. high; a Nishapur bowl, with chequered design and everted rim, 7.2 cm. diam. x 5.4 cm. high; and a turquoise-glazed pottery bowl, on high foot, incised to rim, 17 cm. diam. x 8.2 cm. high (5)Please refer to department for condition report
