Description A DEHUA FIGURE OF GUANYIN, QING DYNASTYChina, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). Molded as a seated Guanyin, dressed in fine robes open at the chest to reveal a beaded necklace with lotus, the pleads falling elegantly above the base, the face with a serene expression and downcast eyes, flanked by elongated earlobes, the hair tied in a high chignon and covered by a cowl, covered overall in a bluish-white glaze.
