无量寿佛因其保佑长寿吉祥的神格特征，广受尊崇，是藏传佛教艺术中较为常见的题材。蒙古活佛八世哲布尊丹巴曾亲自督办，为蒙古最大的寺庙甘丹寺 (Gandan Monastery） 订做了多尊无量寿佛，至今甘丹寺中及乌兰巴托博格达汗宫博物馆中仍有供奉、收藏，其制式、装饰均与此组造像极为相类。无量寿佛一组三尊，均为铜鎏金锤揲而成，妙相庄严。头戴花冠，发髻高耸精致，宝缯、耳饰垂于两侧。面相圆润，慈眉善目，额间有白毫，下颌平阔圆融，嘴角含淡淡笑意。胸前饰项圈璎珞，繁复层叠，手臂饰臂钏、手镯，双手自然弯曲，置于腹前结禅定印托甘露宝瓶，全跏趺坐于莲台之上，裙裳宽松，裙褶铺于台面。单层仰莲瓣饱满清晰，上缘环饰珠纹一周，细致精美。造像铜质精沉，金水饱满亮丽，工艺细腻，且带有鲜明的蒙古地区造像特征，堪称精品。
