Description TABLE CLOCK / MINIATURE STANDING CLOCK, circa 1880, unsigned. Gold coloured Metal. Clock designed in the formal language of classicism: Conical body on four curved feet with leaf decoration. These in turn rest on a curved plinth on four feet. Metal plate inlaid on the front with Viennese enamel: A walking woman in antique clothing with a vessel. The plinth is decorated with cartouche motifs of sculpted acanthus leaves. Body decorated with consoles and appliqués in the form of crossed fakels and ribbonwork. Body lid with round clock case on a curved foot, crowned by sculptural doves on foliage. Hinged dust cover with domed glass. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals and outer minute track and polychrome floral decoration. With hour and minute; movement with key winding (key not enclosed). Movement numbered "6899" on the back. Clock runs in short time test. H. 32 x l. 8,5 x w. 8 cm. Uhr gestaltet in der Formensprache des Klassizismus: Konischer Korpus auf vier geschweiften Füßen mit Blattdekor; diese wiederum ruhend auf einer geschweiften Plinthe auf vier Füßen. Schauseitig eingelegte Metallplatte mit Wiener Emaille: Gehende Frau in antikisierender Kleidung mit Gefäß. Unten rechts legiert monogrammiert "FR FA". Plinthe schauseitig besetzt mit Kartuschenmotiv aus plastischen Akanthusblättern. Korpus besetzt mit Konsolen sowie Appliken in Form gekreuzter Fackeln und Bandelwerk. Korpusdeckel mit rundem Uhrengehäuse auf geschweiftem Fuß, bekrönt von plastischen Tauben auf Blattwerk. Aufklappbarer Staubdeckel mit aufgewölbtem Glas. Weißes Emaillezifferblatt mit arabischen Ziffern und äußerer Minuterie sowie polychromes Blütendekor. Mit Stunde und Minute; Uhrwerk mit Schlüsselaufzug (Schlüssel liegt nicht bei). Werk rückseitig nummeriert "6899". Uhr läuft im Kurzzeittest. H. 32 x L. 8,5 x B. 8 cm. (Zifferblatt mit Krakelee; Vergoldung / Staffage partiell berieben).
