An antique 19th Century English Victorian tea caddy, produced circa 1880s. Tortoise shell finish and patinated brass accents. Concave stepped lid is topped with a square summit with locking mechanism to front (no key), and surmounting four circular feet. The caddy lid opens to reveal a lidded interiorpartment, adorned with rectangular inner lid in same finish and with small finial handle. No apparent signature.Dimensions: 4 X 3 X 3 in.Condition: Good overall condition having normal age related surface wear. Not apanied by key for lock.
