Dragon pattern is a typical decorative pattern of ancient utensils, which is common in porcelain, jade and so on. This jade pendant is well preserved, and the symmetrical shape of the double dragons is very rare. 螭龍紋為古代器物典型裝飾紋樣，常見於瓷器、玉器等。螭是古代傳說中一種動物，屬蛟龍類，《說文•蟲部》有釋：“螭，若龍而黃，北方謂之地螻。”其形盤曲而伏者，稱蟠螭。螭龍紋最早見於商周青銅器，受古風影響，宋代瓷器也曾大量出現螭紋。而玉器上出現螭的形象，出現於戰國時期，文獻中也得到過印證，此後一直延續至明清，唯唐宋略少。一件玉佩完整，玉質溫潤，雙龍對稱造型，十分難得。
