玉料为白玉，局部有褐色沁斑。器形为片状，弧形，一端为头，一端为尾，尾端有双面对钻穿孔。玉璜内外缘有浅廓，通体雕刻龙纹，龙纹为侧面形象，单只双趾爪作屈臂状，两面纹饰相同。对龙首及龙身各部纹饰以双阴起阳手法雕刻，龙颈背部雕刻细密平行线条为饰。此玉璜随形雕刻龙身，纹饰流畅、雕工娴熟，抛光细腻，工艺上乘。
