玉料呈淡青白灰色，局部微有赭色和白色沁斑。器形呈拱形瓦筒状，两侧边出宽脊，脊中部为穿。佩正面通体以阴刻线纹雕琢纹饰，上下缘出廓，雕刻细密斜线排纹，器中以双阴起阳手法雕刻人面纹。此器小巧，造型别致，设计新奇，纹饰雕琢质朴，其用途或为发饰器。
