丰润县，现为河北省唐山市丰润区，地处京津冀城市群腹地。是志为郝增祜纂辑，周晋堃续纂。增祜，字受山，辽宁锦州人，光绪十年任丰润知县。晋堃，字铁珊，上海人，光绪十三年任丰润知县。据此书卷前牛昶煦序，本志为郝增祜续修成书，后经周晋堃删订开雕，光绪十七年牛昶煦校订修补后印行。全志分门详细，设目从简。分建置沿革、疆域、山川、田赋、武备、文学、武功、风俗、物产等共三十门，首有图考六幅。杂记门记载了开平煤矿早期开发情况。是志叙述翔实，清晰展现丰润县清末全貌，是研究丰润地区的重要的资料。拍品首册微损。
