此志为清末著名藏书家刘世珩所刻。秀山位于刘氏故乡贵池，又因地处梁昭明太子封地而闻名。刘氏为彰家乡之名，遂聘请良工据乾隆刊本影刻，全书通篇手书上板，字体秀丽纤巧，展卷悦目。全志设古迹、实录、封制、兴修、传记、艺文、诗集、诗余、赋集、补遗诸门。卷一收双面连式环山总览图、秋浦旧址图、琅崖钓台图、秀山祖殿图、玉镜潭图、衣冠陵寝图共六幅并附题词。卷末刊有民国四年刘世珩跋。拍品白纸抚印，书品完好。
