岳庙，位于浙江省杭州市。岳庙始建于南宋，后历经风雨。现存的岳庙即是康熙年间修建的，此书为岳庙的专志。正文分祠墓、敕告、祀典、行实、诗词、序记、轶事等，共十卷，首刊岳飞像及庙图三幅。书中详细记载了民族英雄岳飞一生之事迹，及岳庙于不同朝代之遭遇，并对岳飞庙附近的西湖风景做了详细的记述。本书为研究岳飞生平及对其岳庙周边风土人情的第一手资料。此书流传极少，保存完好，实为难得。
