文登县，现为山东省威海市文登区。此志由李祖年修，于霖逢纂。祖年，光绪二十二年任文登知县。是志继道光志而修，始于光绪二十年，二十三年定稿因故未梓，民国始印行。全志设建置沿革、形势、山川、古迹、关隘、津梁、坊市、土产等二十八篇，凡十四卷。目录后收大幅彩色文登县全图一幅。是志参稽旧乘，增易篇目，收载丰盈，是一部有关文登区历史沿革与发展变化的珍贵资料。据卷首重印文登县志序，此志仅印行五百部。
