腾越厅，辖境相当今云南省潞西、瑞丽、腾冲、盈江、陇川等市县地。是志由清光绪时腾越厅同知陈宗海主持纂修，记事止于光绪十四年。此志内设天文、地舆、政赋、武备、诸夷等十二门，下又分九十九目。书内收腾越舆图、缅甸舆地全图、腾龙永顺普思沿边图等版图多幅。腾越僻处边隅，防范外侵有着重要地位，建碉、设堡、安卡、屯兵，边防目中均有记载。乡名目载腾地所辖村邑，关隘名，是研究该地地名演变的重要资料。艺文志中记载腾事之书一目，是研究是邑历史的书目提要。拍品通篇写刻上板，内附1961年外交部第一亚洲司还书说明一纸。
