绥远城，今为内蒙古呼和浩特市，是“一带一路”陆路通道的重要节点。是志系绥远城驻防八旗专志，于清光绪三十三年成书。依档案资料，记载绥远城八旗的官制、兵制、俸饷、学制、宦绩、人物等，史料价值颇高。归绥道诸厅与乌伊两盟、土默特旗因皆受绥远城将军节制，故书中设有疆界沿革、山水、故城郡县考等内容。卷一收伊盟地图、绥远城衙署庙院全图、将军衙署图、八旗马场总图、右卫城全图等，绘刻精细。是书为研究清末绥远县及八旗制度的重要资料，拍场首现，白纸印就，品相佳。
