此瓶为玻璃质，直口直颈，球腹，浅圈足，造型规整简单，轻盈灵透，通身湛蓝，色泽浑厚，莹润悦目，华丽美观。在清早期料器的制作技术成熟，式样繁多，涉及面颇广，包括日用品、装饰品和首饰，涉及宫廷的方方面面。尤其在清乾隆时期，料器工艺发展至极致，其质地细密。此件底足内“乾隆年制”四字款识，刻画工整，有宫廷气息。
