A Victorian Carved Oak Pedestal Desk. The rectangular top with leather insert and moulded edge above three frieze drawers and two pedestals each housing three further drawers, carved with foliate scrolls and fitted with brass swing handles. The pilasters carved with protuberant beast heads bearing pendant garlands in their mouths. Standing on moulded plinths 30'' (76 cm) high, 55'' (140 cm) wide, 30'' (76 cm) deep.
